2013

The First Chop

Our founders opened the first Chopt location at 618 12th St NW, Washington, DC — with a small menu, a big vision, and a whole lot of greens.

2015

Best New Restaurant

Recognized as DC's Best New Healthy Restaurant by local food critics. Guest count doubled, and we added five new signature salads to the menu.

2017

Power Bowls Launch

We expanded our menu with the Power Bowl line — grain-based, protein-packed bowls that became an instant fan favorite across all demographics.

2019

Catering Program
